About Us

Welcome to the DIG Thames Valley Centre. We are a flourishing group, based in the Thames Valley Region. Our meetings feature a broad range of photographic genres and techniques, primarily but not exclusively digital.

We hold eight full day Sunday events a year with a break in the summer. These are a mixture of tutorial, educational, practical and competition sessions, with some of the most experienced names in the world of digital photography, and cover a wide range of skill levels.

Though set up primarily for RPS DI Group members, we are open to all who are interested in the art and techniques of photographic Digital Imaging.

We have a programme of events geared to meet our attendees’ needs, whether they are a beginner or advanced. Our experienced members are very keen to help those seeking to learn and achieve more in this field.

Our full-day Sunday events, held about once a month with a break in the summer, are held at the Woosehill Community Hall in Wokingham, Berkshire. They run from 10.30am to about 3.30pm (coffee and chat from 10am), and cover all aspects of digital photography and imaging, from camera, through artistic enhancement in the computer, to printing techniques and colour management. We invite some of the top names in the digital world to demonstrate their techniques and share their skills, as well as holding open skill-sharing sessions and competitions.

More information on attending our events can be found on the Tickets for Events page.
